Brutal Legend's First DLC Pack Announced

E-mail

Electronic Arts and Double Fine have announced the first downloadable content pack for Brutal Legend.

The pack, titled "Tears of the Hextadon," includes two new maps for the multiplayer Stage Battles. The first, Circle of Tears, is set on a circular battlefield carved out by "vile waters." The second, Death's Fjord, is set on a mountain pass with plenty of fan geysers below - but there's no cover for those trying to capture them.

As a bonus, everyone who downloads the pack will receive a free axe: the Blade of Ormagöden.

The pack will hit Xbox LIVE on 3 November at the price of 400 Microsoft Points, but the really lucky players are those on PS3. It will hit two days later on 5 November, Tears of the Hextadon is going to be completely free on the PlayStation Network until 19 November :D , at which point it will become £3.99 GBP.
