Whats everyone think to the demo then?

Honestly, I'm still not sold at all. The fight scene with Shelby was done really well and was pretty exciting. Generally speaking visually the game looks really pretty, shelby looks absolutely fantastic with his face, coat moving and the rain on it, but then switching to Ethan I didn't think he shared the same visual quality. I honestly really didn't enjoy that crime scene area at all, infact I was quite frankly bored. Shelby's scene was much more interesting and it'll be intriguing to see the outcomes of your actions later on from that scene.

One of my main gripes for me personally was the total tank controls, I honestly dont understand why you can just move with the left stick (unless its used in the quick-time stuff?), using R2 (one of the worst buttons to hold on the dualshock) then turning with the stick is fiddly and often pulls you out the otherwise pretty immersive experience, when your character is turning around when you dont want him to due to the camera angle changing the controls. I also felt at times the quicktime stuff was overdone to make it more of an interactive experience of sorts - I don't remember them doing it that much in Fahrenheit.

So overall I'm still not sold. The main thing the game has going for it, that's basically it's entire core, is the story and characters, which that's pretty hard to judge from a demo. As stated above I had some issues with the game which pulled me out of the experience as it's clear they're really trying to immerse you.

I quite liked the demo. Controls did seem a little strange. But I think that's just because I've not played a game with them sort of control ideas, so new experience.

Graphically its stunning, it really is. Stunning in a different way to what Uncharted 2 was tho .

The demo Is just such a small chunk of what is an epic sized game, which can take up to 30hours to complete so they are saying. But also as little as 3 hours till game over if all ya characters die lol, best keep them alive then huh!

And I quite liked the investigating it that field. Was very much like the detective parts in Batman AA but much more detailed and involving. Putting the whole story together and coming up with suspects and doing your very own choices to determine the outcome will be awesome.

Very much like the way In Mass Effect 2 where what you pick makes a difference, but with this in Heavy Rain being the major factor, its on a much bigger scale.
Every choice you make will alter the outcome of the story in a number of dramatic ways. And they say that if one of the main characters die's, the story continues regardless. I like that idea.

Im still mega excited about it. Like I said, will be a new gaming experience for me, and we dont get them very often.

The Demo pretty much showcases what I was expecting from the game TBH. I was very surprised as to how differently even the smallest parts of the demo play out. I’m quite looking forward to it but not jumping up and down really.

The full game is epic. I really enjoyed the whole play-through. Took me about 10 hours. I did have a few of the main Characters die (no spoilers though), But was very satisfied with the experience I had playing the game.
Now on my second play through. Doing stuff a lot different
