It's almost half 3 but i'll give this a shot and stay up as much as I can, it wont be neat but should be informative, here goes:

• Dive to prone is in - no shooting when diving. sprint and prone to activate.


• Shotguns are primary weapon


• Combat training - a bot match mode playable alone or with buddies, separate progression system


• Character model shows on customisation screen so you can see what you look like


• RB all nade throwing, LB all confusion-based throwing weapons


• New category for equipment like Motion Sensors (a personal UAV) and a signal Jammer - more depth to create-a-class


• Another new change is a batch of special weapons that players will get in Care Packages -- including the Death machine and Grim Reaper - former is a MINI GUN. The latter is a nasty Grenade Launcher.


• Killstreak rewards: Napalm Strike, Gunship, Mortar Team, the Radio Controlled Car, SAM Turret (it takes down a chopper).



• MONEY!!! - CoDs currency system....To expand on the concept of unlocking weapons they're adding COD Points. Earn as you play.


• Contracts are time limited challenges that you purchase with COD Points (CP).


• Three categories -- Mercenaries, Operations, Specialist. - Each is attached to certain play styles and in-game achievements.


• Gambling is also coming to Call of Duty.


• Wager Match - you ante up and put your COD Points on the line and wager on matches. The top three players split the pot.


• Four brand new game modes for this -- separate from your standard rank progression in multiplayer competitive modes:


• Sticks and Stones - you're equipped with a Crossbow and Throwing knife.


• Gun Game - A series of progressive weapons, from pistol to shotgun to sniper rifle, granted to the player after kills.


• Sharpshooter - weapons switch every 30 seconds.


• One in the Chamber mode - one bullet three lives.



• Customisation, here goes:


• Players have a special attachment to their weapons -- so they can place clan tags, decals, sights, camo etc on their weapons. Differently painted guns with custom targeting reticules and decals on everything.


• Flamethrowers, sniper rifles, shotguns... everything can be customized with stuff you've earned and unlocked.


• There's also an emblem editor. awesome


• There are decals that you can rotate, scale, layer and be placed upon a background - They showed a horse wielding a gun.


• Not quite Forza 3 graphics customization, but potentially very deep.


• Purchase new emblems etc with CoD Points


• Can unlock/purchase facepaint options


• Perks change character model. For Example - Ghost = Ghillie Suit



• Theater Mode being demoed. Switch the player between any players perspective -- first or third person -- or free cam to move within a 3D space. Great for machinima.


• In the Theater, videos can be tagged, edited, searched...

Second Chance - Pull out your pistol before dying.

Hacker - Ability to detect enemy equipment and explosives.

Tactical Mask - Reduces the effect of flash and concussion grenades.

Sounds awesome how they are giving you such freedom with customization, really is a long time coming too!
Betting in CoD sounds awesome would love to own some cocky dude who thinks he is awesome bets all his money & gets pwned!!
I like to see how this money can be used maybe unlock weapons early.. or special weapons only available for cash?!

Care package stuff sounds awesome so you get a better weapon real good job treyarc, lets hope you pull it off!!

Interesting balance changes. Only goes up to 11. Things like Carepackage are 5, Sentry is 6.
