looks good, i don't think i'd even seen screenshots or anything of it before because i don't remember sseeing the art style or anything but i like it, very fitting for a superhero game, looks quite comic-y. also kinda reminds me of the ship, at least the character style.
really couldn't have guessed your character was based on batman before you said strite
the environment there looks a bit bland and samey though, what are the others like?
not sure whether i'll get this or not tbh, i loved CoV but it was a bit dead when i played it, and i'm not a fan of monthly subscriptions, but i'll probably check it out anyway!

nice i love that fire flight. not quite decided yet whether i'm going to be fire or electric based or a mix of the two, my beta character is electric for now but i'm not entirely happy with his costume. going to play on the beta now me thinks

Ahh i wish i had my decent pc. and my beta which i gave to stritey baby. But looks so good cannot wait. is this like many mmos? like monthly subscription and that. ?

is there any limits to reating your visual looks of your char? is it liek there will be more people in the world that have the same costume as you?
or is it completely unique.

yeah it is pay monthly unfortunately, £9 per month, one thing i absolutely hate about MMOs and the main reason i don't play them much.
the character creation is pretty much unlimited, there are supposedly billions of unique combinations and given the amount of costume pieces, colours etc that's not too hard to believe.

There is a monthly sub yeah Ash, but when you consider the cost of the servers that an MMO needs to support so many players etc it's worth it.

The thing I love about MMO's is the persistant feeling, how the world feels alive. I've played pretty much every MMO released in the past 5 years and the free ones don't seem to have that 'persistant' feel, or at least not as much as pay to play MMO's.

I've personally bought a lifetime sub for Champs, because I know i'll play it alot so getting my moneys worth and then some.

anyone else noticed the ridiculous amount of Lost references in this game?
